De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the Campus centre boiler replacement works: Summary of the work required: The works consist replacement of existing roof mounted natural gas fired heating plant, services and systems with new electric air source heat pumps (air to water), modifying the existing heating system to suit the lower flow temperatures by adding radiators, modifying an air handling unit and replacing the heating coil to run on the lower flow temperatures and the provision of new control system for the new plant.
