COV - Heat Decarbonisation Plans

Description

The scope of works is the preparation of Heat Decarbonisation Plans for the buildings listed in Schedule 1. The purpose of the Heat Decarbonisation Plans is to describe how the building can reduce direct greenhouse gas emissions by replacing fossil fuel heating systems with low carbon alternatives (for example heat pumps, electric heating, or other low-carbon fuel sources) and set out a logical timeframe for undertaking the works to support the wider regions ambition of reaching Net Zero by 2041. Funding for this scheme is via LCSF, all works must comply with the LCSF terms.
