HCC Aug 2022 - Registered Provider for Redevelopment at Meadowbank, Kings Langley

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking interest from registered housing providers that would be willing to work with the Council to redevelop and manage its Meadowbank site to provide and manage some newbuild specialist bungalows/flats for supported living and an integral support / communal facility for the residents who will live there. Care provision will be commissioned separately to this proposal separately. However, the successful bidder will be expected to work collaboratively with the commissioned Care Provider and will enter into a Service Level Agreement that sets out expectations, roles and responsibilities. Submissions will only be accepted where housing providers are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, who have no regulatory judgements currently outstanding against them, and who are rated as G2/V2 or above. This restriction will apply in all cases, including consortium submissions.
