North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust have utilised the Shared Business Services Framework Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition and Outsourced Transcription - Lot 3. The Trust utilised a direct award to supplier Dict8 for the provision of Outsourced Transcription. The contract is based on a Pay as you Go option.
