North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay are conducting a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) to enable the Trust to build the foundation for a successful procurement renewal. In this engagement we hope to gather an insight into the market as well as giving yourselves as specialist providers an opportunity to both inform the specification and to get ready for demand. This requirement will include: Texture modified meals and small meals Small community and mental health provision Dietary requirements including halal, kosher, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and allergen meals.
