*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* Asbestos inspection and testing surveys covering Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Re-inspections to occupied dwellings, sheltered accommodation, common/communal areas, boiler rooms, void properties and commercial buildings. This may include, but is not limited to:  Management surveys to single or multiple rooms,  Refurbishment surveys to single or multiple rooms,  Refurbishment surveys to targeted areas within room(s),  Re-inspection surveys of all or specified ACM records in a property,  Directed sampling exercises,  Demolition surveys to single structures or full domestic property  Any combinations of the above The full details of the services are set out in the specification. West Kent is using South East Consortium (SEC) Compliance Consultancy Framework Lot 4 for the purpose of procuring the services described in the specification.
