RFI - BBC Access Management Solution

Description

The BBC welcomes responses to this RFI in order to inform our thinking prior to any potential procurement exercise. Responding to this RFI will allow the BBC to: - build an understanding of current solutions available in the marketplace - gain feedback on: o the availability of solutions in the marketplace, o whether there is one solution to meet the needs, or whether these would need to be met by differing solutions o whether functionality not currently met is on a supplier’s roadmap and any cost/timescales associated with building it in o indicative costs and timescales for the onboarding of the solution o support of solution o any barriers to the implementation of the product/solution This RFI is primarily for BBC Public Service (CIAM), and secondary for BBC Enterprise (EIAM). You are welcome to submit information relating to either or both, depending on your product capabilities. Should you choose to respond to this RFI the BBC will take on board all other responses to the RFI when shaping any future procurement activity. For the avoidance of doubt, any information provided to the BBC in response to this RFI will be treated as confidential and non-binding. No contract will be awarded as a consequence of this RFI process, however, the BBC anticipates launching a procurement opportunity in the near future. Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent procurement, nor does it give any advantage in that procurement. The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI so that it can build an understanding of current capabilities, in what the BBC knows to be a quickly evolving marketplace. Any contract start dates provided are estimated as these dates and contract duration and tender publishing date are not known at this stage.
