Description

Provide a new two-storey sports pavilion, encompassing showers, toilets and changing room facilities, bar, kitchen areas and social space. Groundworks (foundations with services) for the new Hook Shed building. There is an optional cost to design, construct and finish the Shed building. This sum will need to include everything required above ground so from the finished foundation construction onwards. This cost will be optional sum so not included in the main tender submission. Car parking and associated external works.
