Description

Together Housing Association Ltd and its subsidiary organisations is looking for one supplier to be appointed over all geographic areas to provide an Asbestos removal service provider for all properties managed or owned by THA including domestic properties, communal areas, and commercial buildings. This asbestos removal service will be provided generally in conjunction with the THA’s responsive repairs programme of work, which is predominately delivery via an in-house maintenance team, however, may include delivery throughout the organisation if required. The health, safety and welfare of our employees, tenants, contractors, and members of the public are of paramount importance to the THA organisation. In order to comply with its obligations under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Health and Safety at Work Act and other relevant legislation, Together Housing Association are seeking to partner with a Contractor for the delivery of an Asbestos Removal Services. The services to be procured via this Contract includes for: Removals; Demolitions; Air Monitoring
