Each item will be evaluated on an individual basis: (Please refer to the pricing schedule for full break down of items) The evaluation of each item will result in the top 3 ranked tenderers being placed on a list which the Council will utilise for orders in line with this specification. For each order the successful Tenderer will initially be selected on lowest cost basis. If in the event that this is not available within a specified timescale the Council shall then approach the next lowest priced tenderer, etc. There is no guaranteed level of service. Each contract will be awarded on a scheme by scheme basis. Where a single operation is required, the tender will be awarded to the tenderer with the lowest priced item. Where combinations of items are required, the order will be placed with the tenderer with the lowest aggregated price within the required items. The Council reserves the right at any time to have any work, of any type carried out by its own staff and to procure services (for e.g. for construction work etc.) under separate quotation.
Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council require a suitable companies to lay new or renew line markings to sites throughout to Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council area, via a framework. Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT. No other method of submissions will be accepted.
