Housing Repairs & Maintenance Works and Services - AWARD

Description

Milton Keynes City Council(the Authority) are currently out to tender for the provision of Housing Repairs and Maintenance Works and Services (R&M Works and Services). The Authority is seeking a single contract to deliver a programme of both planned and reactive repairs and maintenance works across its housing stock which is made up of various residential blocks of flats, houses, maisonettes, bunglows, garages and travellers sites. The Authority is conducting this procurement through the competitive procedure with negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulation2015 (as amended) and will be carrying out the procurement procedure in successive stages. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. The deadline for submissions of the Selection stage will be 12 noon; 02 September 2024. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
