Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd (NRS) are seeking to appoint a provider for the supply, maintenance and service desk support of an Enterprise Asset Management system (the “EAM System”). The system will provide: - Out of the box functionality for standard asset management processes, supporting the ISO55000 series standards. - Adherence to our Functional and Non-functional Requirements including security, accessibility and performance targets, as set out within Appendix 9 of this ITP; - Provision and installation of the asset management system onto a cloud based network available to NRS; - Ongoing technical support, including a Service Desk, frequent updates and patching; - Access to pre-existing and updated training content for out of the box asset management functionality; - Provision of appropriate training to the NRS team on system administration and maintenance processes (including workflow configuration and new reporting) to enable NRS to be an intelligent customer for the System integrator selected in Tender 2; - Appropriate and professional support in assuring that the system is capable of meeting our functional requirements; and - Work with a system integrator (to be tendered separately and following the award of this contract) to support programme delivery. - The supplier must provide a clear exit plan and detail how Authority owned data will be returned back to the Authority and the data removed and securely destroyed from the proposed solution as well as that of any partners. Although the scope will cover the current 13 NRS sites, NRS reserve the right to add additional sites to the contract in the future, these additional sites include the AGR sites that are transferred to NRS and Vulcan together with any other sites that may become NRS' responsibility during the term of the contract awarded.
