Award Criteria

The tender evaluation will consist of four elements. 1. Pass/Fail Criteria as detailed in 'ITT Part 3 - Return Document' 2. Technical Question Responses (Section Weighting 55%). 3. Pricing Return Document (Section Weighting 35%) 4. Social Value Calculator (Section Weighting 10%) Full details of how responses will be evaluated can be found in Section 8 'Evaluation and Award Criteria' in 'ITT Part 1 - Information Pack'.

Description

Solihull Council are tendering for a service provider to deliver resident engagement and retrofit work within the Solihull Borough. The service provider will support the Your Future Chelmsley Wood (YFCW) project (formally Net Zero Neighbourhood/15-minute Neighbourhood project) by delivering engagement and retrofit assessments in the Chelmsley Wood area. In addition, the service provider may be called on to provide professional retrofit services as part of the West Midlands Combined Authority led 'Building Retrofit Pilot'. Delivery will be part of the 'Warm Homes: Local Grant' element of the Building Retrofit Pilot which is targeted at improving the energy efficiency of privately owned/rented households within the Solihull Borough.
