We are preparing to launch a significant programme of major capital projects as part of our AMP8/9 investment period. Our new Major Projects Framework aims to secure substantial delivery contracts, ensuring that each contractor awarded a place will have a project upon executing the Framework Agreement. Our focus is on reducing unnecessary bidding efforts and fostering long-term partnerships with trusted suppliers. We seek experienced and innovative partners who align with our ambition to deliver these essential projects. Through this framework, we plan to award contracts for works, goods, and services needed for AMP8, with an option to extend into AMP9 based on delivery success. Subject to governance and procurement procedures, we aim to finalize agreements with selected partners by March 2026 to facilitate efficient project start-up. Your feedback is vital as we finalise our approach, and we look forward to working closely with the market to ensure the success of this programme.
