Market Engagement - Uniform for Bus Franchising in Liverpool City Region

Under franchising, The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) expects bus operators and their staff to reflect our values and present a consistent corporate image of a high-quality integrated bus network. We are looking to procure a complete uniform package for all customer facing staff operating services for the LCRCA who will wear the same uniform, workwear, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and be subject to standards of wear and care through the operators' conditions of contract. LCRCA will design the uniform, procure the supplier, agree the quality and the operator will purchases direct from supplier and then issue directly to the employee. This market engagement aims to engage with potential suppliers to inform future procurement decisions for branded Metro uniforms, ensuring delivery of high quality, functional and comfortable garments that meet the daily needs of the drivers and other key frontline staff who are the face of our service to customers.
