The Provision of Air Ambulance Services- Stage 1 PQQ

This opportunity is being issued by the Government of Jersey and States of Guernsey, hereinafter referred to as the 'Authorities' and follows the joint Preliminary Market Engagement stage conducted in April 2025 to assess market capabilities, feasibility of different service models, and gather information to inform the future tender process. The scope of the procurement is to provide fixed wing Air Ambulance Services as advertised by the Authorities with reference GOJ/2024/2115, further details of each island's existing model and outline service needs are provided in the published tender documentation pack for interested parties to download. The procurement, pursuant to which this advert is issued, seeks responses to a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire as Stage 1 of a Competitive Flexible Procedure. Interested providers should submit their responses by 12:00 noon on 27th July 2025 via the ProActis system.
