Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a contract to Fire Safe Services via CHIC's DPS: Fire Protection and Sprinkler Systems - categories for Fire Alarm System / Precaution Works and Sprinkler Design and Install. The contract is to deliver preventative and remedial passive fire safety servicing and works, ensuring effective fire protection and precaution across Rooftop's geographical areas (South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire). The annual contract value is estimated and spend is not guaranteed. It is provided for within the terms of the contract that the contract will run for a term of five years with an option to extend after five years by annual 12-month review for up to a further five years.
