This includes physical activity and weight management services and the Integrated Lifestyle Service (SILS), which offers lifestyle checks and a range of information and advice to support change. **This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
