Cyclical Electrical Inspections & Remediations (EICRs) Curo are looking to appoint providers to complete cyclical electrical inspections and remediations. This includes but is not limited to; • Electrical Inspection Testing (EICRs) across all general needs, market rent, choice and commercial offices/shops • We may on occasion ask for EICRs to be completed in our empty homes or communal areas • Remedial works identified from the inspection • Smoke detection updates and/or replacements
