Tendring District Council are aiming to secure a reliable, suitably qualified, licensed and efficient partner who will be responsible for the administrative management, timely collection and disposal of household clinical waste from domestic households within the district of Tendring. This service is a critical component of the TDC's paid-for clinical waste collection; the existing contract expires on 31 December 2025. The service is statutory under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and relates to the safe handling, collection, and disposal of hazardous clinical waste from residential households.
