BCU-ITT-60244 - PATHOLOGY TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR YSBYTY GLAN CLWYD

Description

The Pathology Department at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd requires a reliable and efficient transport service for the routine collection and delivery of pathology samples, pathology reports, hospital mail, and, when necessary, pharmacy products. This service is essential to support timely diagnostics, patient care, and internal communications across the Health Board. A full list of sites to be serviced is provided within the ITT & specification. The required service will operate on a scheduled basis from Monday to Friday, including Saturdays and Statutory Holidays as necessary. The successful contractor will be expected to adhere to strict collection and delivery timelines to ensure continuity of clinical and operational services. The initial contract will be awarded for a period of 24 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Health Board, subject to satisfactory performance and continued service need.
