The Council invites tenders to provide the service for a full professional Integrated Consultancy Team for the redevelopment of Carryduff Waste Recycling Centre (WRC). The ICT is required to provide full design services for the project from RIBA Stage 1 to 7. The appointment will be directly under an NEC4 PSC Contract. A Break Clause will be put in place for the end of RIBA stage 3 and RIBA Stage 4.
