South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) and Southwark Council are jointly recommissioning the Southwark Wellbeing Hub - a core part of the borough's mental health infrastructure. This recommissioning marks a strategic transformation of the Hub, evolving it from a primarily signposting service into a person-centred, community-led model that embeds culturally competent provision, expands one-to-one and group support, and integrates with emerging Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) and SLAM's Community Care Development programme. The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, with the Authority reserving the right to extend the contract for an additional period of one (1) year, and thereafter for a further one (1) year extension. Market engagement sessions: Session 1: Thursday 19th September 2025, 10:0am - 11:30am The first market engagement event will focus on context setting and walking providers through the proposed service specification. We'll outline the vision, delivery model, and key changes, including the introduction of a hub-and-spoke structure, increased emphasis on one-to-one support, and a bespoke intervention for global majority communities. Session 2: Tuesday 30th September 2025, 3:0pm - 4:30pm The second market engagement event will focus on the procurement process, including: • The competitive tender timeline and milestones • Evaluation criteria • Pricing framework and contract value • TUPE considerations and mobilisation planning • Expectations around subcontracting, CRM use, and outcome monitoring • Procurement tips We anticipate covering key areas such as service delivery, workforce, community partnerships, equity and inclusion, safeguarding, and the bespoke counselling intervention for global majority communities. Who should attend? Any organisation interested in delivering or partnering on the recommissioned Southwark Wellbeing Hub, including VCS organisations, mental health providers, and community-led groups. Please note that the market engagement sessions will not be recorded, and attendees are not permitted to record the sessions. Registration We advise prospective bidders to attend both Market Engagement sessions (note: there is two separate registration forms for the two sessions where you must submit registrations forms for all sessions you wish to attend). Session 1 - Please complete the Market Engagement Event Registration Form by no later than 12:0pm (Noon) on Tuesday 16 September 2025 if you are interested to attend the event: https://forms.office.com/e/hgfPk12VAg Session 2 - Please complete the Market Engagement Event Registration Form by no later than 12:0pm (Noon) on Tuesday 23 September 2025 if you are interested to attend the event: https://forms.office.com/e/QM4ZWQpkNz
