PIN Purpose Ark Housing Association (AHA) are seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance and Voids (including Out of Hours) Measured Term (MT) Contract or Framework 2025 – 2029. We are very interested in the marketplace views on our options as listed below.
