Software Reseller Framework

Description

Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) is looking for a selection of suppliers for the provision of Value Added Reseller services. It is YWS's intention to establish and award an open framework to a selection of suppliers for the supply of Software and Associated Services ("Opportunity") across the YWS's networks. The current expectations are to add at least three (3) partners (dependent on tender qualification and subsequent award) to carry out the supply to YWS. However, we reserve the right to award more or less than this number. No information contained in this notice or in any communication made between YWS and any Supplier in connection with this Tender shall be relied upon as constituting a contract, agreement or representation that any contract shall be offered. YWS reserves the right to change the basis of, or the procedures for, the Process, to terminate the Process at any time or not to award any contract. The Software Reseller Framework is to include (but is not limited to) the Software Categories such as: • Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Software Licenses • Organisational operation, productivity and service delivery Software (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, • Data and Analytics Software (e.g. Power BI, IBM, Qlik) • Core IT Infrastructure Software • Cloud Products and Services (e.g. SaaS, Iaas, PaaS) • Specialist and Innovation Software (e.g. AI tools, vertical industry solutions) Additionally, the framework also includes the provision of value-added services including but not limited to optimisation and analysis of license volume, audit support and training, as well as associated support, maintenance, implementation, configuration and optimisation services for all software in scope of the framework.
