The Scottish Police Authority intends to publish a tender which will establish a Catering Framework for locations across Scotland. Promote sustainable practices throughout the supply chain, including responsible sourcing, packaging, recycling, and waste disposal. Ensure provider staff are paid at least the minimum living wage, ideally the Scottish Living Wage.
