Description

Swansea University wishes to advertise this Request For Information as a Preliminary Market Engagement tool, to reach out to current market providers of integrated Laboratory and Hazardous Substance Management systems, with proven experience of successfully implementing and integrating a management system. Please note that this is NOT a tender process but an information gathering process, to allow a more-informed Open Tender process to be run later in 2026, with the intention to award a 3 year contract with the option to extend for 2 years on a 1 + 1 year basis. Please see the RFI documents provided within project 32109 and itt 123064 on etenderwales BravoSolution and note that participation is ONLY via a completed 2. SU64(26) RFI Questions & Response Document which must be uploaded on the etenderwales BravoSolution website by the 12:0 noon Wednesday 18th March 2026 deadline stated. https://etenderwales.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.shtml Suppliers should submit any queries via the Message Board facility on etenderwales BravoSolution by 12:0 noon on Tuesday 10th March 2026 to allow responses to be built into their submitted document as we do not wish to extend this deadline, as this may compromise the timing of the planned Open Tender process later this year. Swansea University reserve the right to approach participating supplier for further information as a result of this exercise, in order to further clarify details which would facilitate the drafting of tender documents, due to commence from Wednesday 15th April 2026. Thank you for your interest and participation.
