Description
Strip out of current Rocket House Museum and installation of tanking to mitigate water ingress and damp issues to the former museum areas across part ground and mezzanine levels of the building. Following completion of the tanking works, the existing M&E services throughout the entire building will be upgraded including replacement of the existing boilers with air source heat pumps and the provision of decorations both internally and externally.
