IDS seeks to appoint a single scaffolding contractor to provide safe, compliant, and responsive scaffolding and temporary access services across its residential property portfolio. The scope includes design (where TG20 compliance is not applicable), erection, hire, inspection, adaptation, dismantling, and related protection measures for planned works, responsive repairs, emergency make-safe activity, and minor ad‑hoc roofing/gutter repairs delivered by the appointed contractor's operatives.
