Provision of integrated urgent and primary care services in a community care setting within Leicester City, including an Urgent Treatment Centre (08:0-20:0) and a GP Out-of-Hours service (21:0-08:0) seven days per week, to meet local demand and prevent and reduce the number of patients avoidably attending ED.
