Description

SWFT Clinical Services Limited invites tenders for the provision of Soft Facilities Management (FM) services. The primary location of the services will be provided at Warwick Hospital, Leamington Hospital , although SWFT Clinical Services Limited, reserves the right to add additional sites and services into the contract during its term. This includes those organisations that are already within the Foundation Group and those that join the Foundation Group ,or who are provided a service by SWFT Clinical Services Limited during the contract term – the link below explains in more detail the structure of SWFT Clinical Services and the Foundation Group. https://www.swft.nhs.uk/about-us/organisational-structure The contract will include, but is not limited to, the delivery of: • Domestic and Clinical Cleaning Services • Portering and Logistics Services • Catering and Patient Hospitality Services • Security and Reception Services • Infection Prevention & Control support in all service areas The services must be delivered in line with all applicable NHS standards, statutory requirements and industry best practice. Providers must demonstrate robust quality assurance systems, workforce compliance checks (including DBS where required), sustainability commitments, and performance-driven contract management
