Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the supply of Mobile Operating Table, Accessories & Patient Positioning Devices. The requirement includes the following: • Mobile operating table • Table-specific accessories • Accessories storage cart • A range of patient positioning devices • A range of pressure care gel positioning devices The mobile operating table must be capable of supporting a full range of surgical procedures, offering flexibility and adaptability within an operating theatre environment. All accessories and positioning devices must be fully compatible with the operating table supplied. Scope of Requirement: The successful supplier will be required to provide: 1. A mobile operating table suitable for use across a variety of surgical specialties 2. Compatible table-specific accessories to support clinical use 3. An accessories storage cart for the safe and organised storage of associated equipment 4. A range of patient positioning devices to accommodate various surgical positions and clinical needs 5. A range of pressure care gel positioning devices to support patient safety and comfort during procedures The Unite Procurement Platform (Unite | Simplify indirect procurement with our smarter platform) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations. Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
