Transport UK East Midlands Limited (EMR) intends to directly award an extension to the contract with the named supplier until 31.12.2026. The extension is necessary to ensure continuity of the HVAC Support for EMRs Class 170 fleet while a fully compliant and regulated competitive tendering process is planned and executed.
