Description
The City of London Corporation is undertaking preliminary market engagement in advance of potential future procurements for construction works associated with the Future Police Estate Programme (FPEP). The programme is expected to include a number of projects, including: Police Training Facility (Dagenham) – estimated construction value c. £17.7m Guildhall Yard East refurbishment – estimated value c. £14.3m Property Store facility – estimated value c. £2.0m Mounted Unit facility – value and scope currently under development The works are anticipated to include new build, refurbishment, and specialist secure environments.
