Description

This contract is to instruct a suitable and sufficient bidder who is able to engage with the Library team, and other stakeholders to understand the needs and intended outcome of the redevelopment and create designs which the successful bidder can deliver. The key part of this contract is the engagement with the Library team to create final design options and approaches covering furniture, way points and signage etc.. while working within a defined budget amount. It will be a six (6) month contract with a six (6) month extension. a 12 month defect period will operate following the handover of the Library.
