Description
The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy team to assist the Council in progressing the development and implementation of the preferred operating model for the Newry Theatre and Conference Centre. The consultancy team will provide strategic, governance, legal and operational guidance to ensure the establishment of an effective organisational structure capable of delivering a high-quality art, cultural and conferencing programme while ensuring financial sustainability.
