GBE N is procuring specialist executive leadership and facilitation support to deliver a rapid reset of the organisation’s Executive Committee (ExCo). The requirement comprises diagnostic assessment, senior level facilitation, and the development of a clear operating blueprint to establish strategic clarity, executive accountability, and effective decision making at the most senior level of the organisation. This includes confidential one to one engagements with ExCo members and key stakeholders, a structured diagnostic, and a two day workshop focused on direction, accountability, and leadership behaviours.
