The Contract is for the provision of flooring supply, delivery, installation and associated services (the "Services"). Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix 1 for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group's requirements. One bidder will be appointed for each lot, however bidders are invited to bid for one or all of the Lots. The contract will be split into 8 lots - Lot 1 - North East Lot 2 - North West & Cumbria Lot 3 - Midlands Lot 4 - Yorkshire & East Lot 5 - South East Lot 6 - Scotland Lot 7 - South West Lot 8 - Isle of Wight Contract term The Contract will be for a period of 33 months, with a possible extension of 24 months on two occasions subject to the rights of termination contained in the Contract.
