Midland Heart are seeking bids from fully experienced providers who are trained and capable in the replacement of domestic and commercial flooring and associated works. The winning contractors’ operatives are required to be skilled and trained accordingly to produce a quality finish product and follow manufacturers’ recommendations. Any installation works undertaken by the contractor during the life of the contract are required to fulfil all current building regulations.The below specification relates to the requirements, supply of materials and execution of all works for the installation of new flooring. The winning contractor is expected to follow this specification whilst carrying out the works and shall not deviate from the specification, schedule or manufacturers product without the prior written approval of the CDS.
