This Prior Information Notice (PIN) announces the Contracting Authority's intention to establish a Heating, Electrical, and Decarbonisation Framework. This includes government departments, local authorities, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other public sector entities covered by the ONS classification. Further details and participation instructions will be provided by ProcurePublic upon release. Existing appointees and organisations expressing interest via the mytenders.co.uk portal will be notified when the tender is issued.
