Provision of Individual Placement and Support Service for NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering a Individual Placement and Support Service.<br/><br/>The aim of this service is to deliver an individual placement and support employment service for people with severe mental health issues, based in secondary mental health teams in Norfolk and Waveney. The employment specialist will work in close collaboration with clinical staff. They will also work with employers to seek employment opportunities for individuals and with any individuals who express an interest in employment to achieve an employment outcome.<br/><br/>This is a 5 year contract with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 years.
