Description
Braintree District Council is seeking expressions of interest ahead of the procurement for a contractor to deliver a Design and Build refurbishment of the BDC offices. The project is part of BDC’s wider Agile and Flex programme that has been instigated to ensure that the Council is continuing to work effectively and efficiently as ways of working change across the sector. The scope of the contract will include office furniture Supply and installation and Works relating decoration, floor and ceiling finishes, wall panelling and furniture items, as well as lighting & electrical elements. EOI and response to questionnaire within documents is required by 5pm on Thursday 10 October 2024
