Places for People Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for a three (3) year term with the ability to extend the contract period by a further two (2) one (1) year periods at the Client’s sole discretion. Experienced suppliers are invited to submit Tenders for the framework agreement, which will encompass M&E Works and Services as defined by the CPV codes set out in the Contract Notice.  This framework is divided into 6 Lots: Lot 1 – Fixed ladder access, fall arrest and edge protection systems (“Work at Height” equipment), and Lightning protection systems – National coverage Lot 2 – Ventilation systems (air conditioning, PIV units, MVHR units/systems, commercial fans/ventilation systems/fire dampers) – National coverage Lot 3 – CCTV and intruder alarm systems – National coverage Lot 4 – Automated doors – National coverage Lot 5 – Door entry and access control systems – National coverage Lot 6 – Solar PV systems – National coverage
