The main scope of delivery will be focused on the creation / standing-up of a new Mental Health for Scotland Website and Member’s Portal, using an Umbraco Cloud Hybrid Headless CMS solution. Alternatives to Umbraco will not be accepted. We are only accepting tenders from Umbraco Partners. We will be hosting a Pre-Market Engagement Webinar prior to the tender being published. The webinar will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams on Friday, August 23rd from 14:00 until 14:45. The webinar will go through an overview of the requirement and the timeline of the procurement. There will also be a Q&A segment. We expect the tender to be published on the week commencing 26/08/2024. Please note that the tender will be published on the Public Contracts Scotland-Tender portal. Please ensure your organisation is registered as a supplier on this portal.
