Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is planning procurement for the provision of services to deliver EMPOWER - Strengthening access to Family Planning in the Private Sector, Component 3 contract with estimated value ranging between £3 – 3.5m over four and half years. FCDO would like to work with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and organisations eligible to operate in Uganda and FCDO is keen to learn more about barriers to participation in tenders open to the market.
