NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (MLCSU) is working on behalf of NHS Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) (Lead), Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Blackpool Council, Lancashire County Council and Westmorland & Furness Council for the procurement of a Children & Young Peoples Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing Service (Digital Support) in Lancashire & South Cumbria, based on the THRIVE model. The total contract value is £1,082,222 for the full contract length (1 year from 01/04/2024 - 31/03/2025 (with optional extension until 31/03/2026). The overall annual overall value is £541,111.
