Description

Derry City and Strabane District Council invite suppliers to tender for a PeacePlus Waterside Together programme. This Tender is a shared space animation and festivals project to be delivered in the Waterside Area of Derry~Londonderry. This project aims to transform spaces perceived to belong to the ‘other’ community into shared spaces, open and welcoming to all. The programme of activities will be delivered in parks, greenways and community spaces targeting a wide range of participants (families, children, youth, older people and members of the BAME community). Programming will promote the shared usage of existing green infrastructure, encouraging the movement of people to areas beyond their own immediate communities which they would not normally have previously used for recreation.
