GB-Walsall: WATMOS Community Homes Replacement of Fire Doors

Description

The scope of the Contract is the replacement of approximately 849 fire door sets to flat entrance in properties located on the following WATMOS Estates in Walsall: •Burrowes Street TMO •Sandbank TMO •Chuckery TMO WATMOS intends to appoint a single Contractor for the entire scope of Works. Bids are invited for 2 options: •Option 1 - timber door sets •Option 2 - composite door sets The choice of door will be made following the evaluation of bids. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This procurement is being managed on behalf of WATMOS Community Homes by Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited. The closing date for the submission of tenders is 12.00 hrs on 10/08/2023. Completed tenders must be submitted via the WATMOS Delta e-tendering portal.
