LLA are tendering for Upgrade of the sites Building Management System (BMS) As part of TSD's asset replacement plan, the work package below has been developed to support replacement of the remaining Tore Anderson Building Management Systems (BMS) which are located within 5 terminal plant rooms. There is also a requirement to integrate plant which is currently not controlled by any BMS system. Additional information: MANDATORY SITE VISIT INFORMATION There is a mandatory requirement to visit the site in order for suppliers to fully understand the scope and context of the requirement. The site visit(s) will take place on week commencing 17th June 2024. Tenderers are required to book a slot for the visit via the In-tend portal Slots are available from 9:00 hours Mon / Tues / Weds / Thursday - suppliers are to request which slot they prefer and these will be conducted on a 1:2:1 and slots will be allocated on a 'first come first serve' basis. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 12th June 2024 Tenders received after that time will be excluded. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
