IT SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE PROVIDER

Description

The West Midlands Growth Company is seeking to establish an agreement with a single supplier to provide IT Support and Maintenance for our both our systems and end users. The West Midlands Growth Company is currently situated on the 11th floor of The Colmore Building in central Birmingham. Currently, the entire workforce operates on a hybrid working model which is expected to be in place for the foreseeable future. There are a considerable number of services hosted in the Microsoft Business platform; these consist of SharePoint and Office 365. The file sharing uses the SharePoint platform, the historic document management system and finance applications can be accessed via a remote desktop connection to a virtual server, which will need to remain in place throughout the term of this contract. The initial term of this agreement will be from 5th August 2024 until 31st March 2025 with the option to extend for a further two years, reviewed on an annual basis, subject to future funding and ongoing requirements. If the break clause is to be executed, there will be a minimum notification period of three months provided. Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
